Milsim Points (MXP)
Milsim points are earned by participating within your designated Area of Operation. Participation includes but is not limited to:
- Trainings – (Unit Wide Trainings, Workshops)
- Monthly Deployments or events
- “Prime-Time” Events
Each Area of Operation may have unique MilSim points that you can earn. The AO commander determines which events are needed and how many points are awarded for each type. Review your respected AO Policy on how to earn MilSim points.
Community Points (CXP)
CXP is earned by participating in our Discord server. 3SFG Members will earn XP for being active within the Discord, regardless of what game/channel they are playing in.
Point breakdown
- Each Message (30 second cooldown) – 3 points per message
- Voice Minutes – 1 point per minute – More than one person in the channel, cannot be muted or deafened, AFK channels omitted

Additional Requirements are determined by the Operational Commander for each AO. For instance, your AO could require a qualification or attend a certain leadership course for certain ranks.
